Terms of service
These terms apply when you hire TrueMark Templates ("we", "us") for a monthly plan or a one-off project. Your written proposal can add details, and if it says something different, the proposal wins.
Monthly plans
- Plans run month to month. There is no long-term contract.
- The first month is paid before work starts. After that, you are billed once a month.
- You can cancel with 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Work already paid for is completed.
- You can move between plans at the start of any billing month.
Approvals
- Nothing goes live without your approval.
- You are responsible for checking that any medical claims, prices, offers, and results we show are accurate and allowed for your practice.
- We design ads within the health advertising rules of Meta and Google, but those platforms make the final decision on what they approve.
Access and patient privacy
- You give us access to your accounts through team invites, never shared passwords. You can remove our access at any time.
- We don't use patient names, photos, or stories without the patient's written consent.
Ownership
- Once paid, the final designs and content we make for you are yours to use.
- Stock photos, fonts, and templates stay under their own licenses.
- We may show finished work in our portfolio. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.
Paying through Upwork
If we work together on Upwork, Upwork's terms and payment protection apply to that contract.
Results
We do our best work every month and report honestly on what worked and what didn't. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, so we can't guarantee a specific number of patients, bookings, or sales.
