Privacy policy
This page explains what information TrueMark Templates ("we", "us") collects on truemarktemplates.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep this short and in plain words.
What we collect
- When you book a call. Our booking calendar runs on Google Calendar. When you book, Google shares your name, email, and anything you type in the booking form with us so we can hold the call.
- When you email us. If you write to info@truemarktemplates.com, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
- When you refer a practice. The referral form opens your own email app. We only receive what you choose to send.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find us. It uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location, and pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are.
What we don't collect
This website does not ask for or store medical or patient information. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to you and run the calls you book.
- To send proposals, invoices, and project updates if you become a client.
- To pay referral rewards, if you refer a practice.
- To improve this website.
Services we use
Google (Calendar, Meet, Analytics, and Workspace email), Hostinger (website hosting), and payment providers we invoice through. If you click through to Upwork, Etsy, Behance, or our social media pages, their own privacy policies apply.
Client work and patient privacy
For practices we work with, we never use patient names, photos, or stories without written consent, and we access client accounts through team invites, not shared passwords.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time after, for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@truemarktemplates.com. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings. If you are in the UK, Ireland, or the EU, you also have rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
